Hotel The Grand Dewan

During our stay at hotel the grand dewan we were throughly impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms and overall comfort provided. A special mention to vijay kumar from hotel staff who was exceptionally cooperative and went out of his way to assist in arranging transportation for yatra. Food was good with variety of options. Rooftop view area provided stunning view of trikuta mountain and the shrine . Highly recommended to anyone visiting vaishno devi. They even compliment shuttle services to railway station that added to our convenience.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I checked in. My room was spacious and spotless. I especially loved the breakfast buffet - so many delicious options. The location was perfect and close to restaurants. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit.

The hotel stay was really good and very comfortable. Staff is very friendly, helpful and prompt with requests. Unfortunately couldn’t taste the food here but will surely next time will try. The only drawback is the location as it's in a very narrow busy lane but just half a minute from the main road so it's a convenient location overall.

Good food…staffs were nice and quick responded and very polite. However the rooms could use a bit of cleaning…the rooftop restaurant gave a beautiful view of the temple. Overall the experience was good and fantastic.

I recently stayed in this hotel for 2 night everything is really very good rooms and washrooms were ultra clean staff was really very nice Mr. Rakesh, Mr. Ajay and all were very cooperative hotel is very near to market but the few points where this hotel lack is or made us disappointed are 1. No pickup service and also limited drop service 8am - 8pm whereas other hotels provide free pickup and drop all the time 2. Dental kit was provided when we asked not already placed in our bathroom 3. Hand towel was also provided upon request also there was no stand in bathroom to hang hand towel 4. Refrigerator in room was not working. Hope they will improve all these points till we or our next group come again to stay with them I strongly recommend this property to everyone for stay in katra

We booked a family room with two double beds. The room was very spacious and it is very comfortable for 4 adults. The location is very good and you get all the major eating joints at a walkable distance. The market is also very near so at any point you need anything you can get it.

Location of the hotel is very good. Market is near by and many food options are available in the area.Services are good. All the staffs are very helpful. Room is neat and cleaned with good spaces. From roof top restaurant view is good.
