Hotel Holy Shrine

The owner and staff behave with rude manner, they don't know that due to Kripa of Mata Vaishno Devi and our support (visitors) this hotel is running. They threats the customer for dire consequences. But customers keep silent because they take in advance whole payment and people thinks that they have come in Mata Ka Darwar and not be trap in any dispute. Don't take any service from this hotel otherwise you can face any trouble from them...... Jai Mata Di.

I stayed in 3 hotels in katra within a week and this was the best hotel among them. Location needs to be updated in the map

The WiFi never works, though they charge you for the WiFi. If you are facing any inconvenience, the staff's game is more important than the inconvenience caused by them. The staff's misbehaving, at any point of time they are ready to get into a fight with the guests.

This is the nearest hotel to the way to Maa Vaishno Devi. The rooms are confirtable. The only concern is the conditions of the Washrooms that has to be improved otherwise the hotel is very economical. ||People working here are very hospitable will go the extra mile to assist you.||One should stay here when next time if you plan your trip. or more over when you receive a call from Maa Vaishno Devi||Jai Mata Di.

Hotel is good but U don't accept card payment this is the bad experience for many of customers otherwise hotel is good please u accept card payment also, lots of people have facing this problem..... it's not only a review it's a suggestion also.. Hope u accept the card payment in future.

The best thing about this hotel is that it is by far the cleanest and well-maintained hotels of Katra. Their rooms are clean and spacious with working Cable connection in TV. And most importantly, you get CLEAN & WARM blankets here while all other hotels give old and smelly blankets.||||They have Generator in case of power cut.||||The only thing is that hotel is far from central location; though i treat it as advantage as you begin Yatra from here only!||||Very helpful staff who take care of your stuff and also guide you rightly about Yatra and other things

Location is wrong here as recently i faced the difficulty to find it because other states pilgrims sim not workd so they found difficulty to call n find update ur location first

I always chose this hotel for our stay in Katra because this is the nearest hotel to the way to Vaishno Devi Temple. So one do not need to walk much or take an auto to reach this hotel. Rooms are not very clean and washrooms conditions are very horrible. The rate of the rooms are very economical.
