Flagship Hotel New Sansaro

Stayed at Hotel New Sansaro on 24th December 2024, and it was an absolutely pathetic experience. The staff ( Deepak ) showed no empathy or willingness to help when we needed it the most. Their sole focus seems to be on extracting money rather than addressing customer concerns. This hotel lacks basic customer service and compassion. If you value your comfort and dignity, avoid this place at all costs. Such greed and disregard for customers are unacceptable. Will never stay there for even free.

I didn't like this hotel. They charged more. And their services were very bad. Clogged toilet, bathrooms were not clean. And after that the faucet gun of both rooms were in very bad condition. One was not working. And second when opened it, it shoot water on my face. It was also broken from sides. Very bad service. We were tired and not in a position to change hotal. Because I have family. Otherwise I would have taught them good lesson. Even the ac of their rooms are broken. Please whenever you visit a hotel. Check it's bathroom. Flushing and faucet guns if it's western. They have done good work for first impression. And once you get inside you will find out how bad their services are. This is also dirty. And they don't clean.

Very bad service. All staff don't know how to talk with guests. All are fraud, they said something at the time of booking but not stand with their point during check-in or check-out.

Very very Bad service, They charge high but didn’t give you wifi password Rooms were not cleaned. No manners how to talk with guest. No geyser Blankets not proper clean

There is nothing like hospitality in thier staffs even in manager too. There were a lot of garbage like stuffs under the bed. If you go with your family you'll feel like being insulted ..I never recommend such hotels..I should have taken a look of reviews before going there .

+ve--> Manager was good service given by him is quite adequate. -ve-->Baathroom me paani nhi aa rha tha initially but after complaint it gets resolved. Talking about wifi the signal is not coming to my room.

Don't commit with broker at bus stand and railway station for free transportation..room was pethatic and no geysers and staff also not co operative..located in narrow streets.no parking.water logging in bathrooms.overall my experience was so bad.

Worst hotel manager..... Dnt even have manners to talk, I will never recommend this hotel to anyone ..... Firstly learn how to run any business, especially hotel. . .over charges was taken by manager.
