Everything was very good, only the food was not too tasty it was normal, rest of the staff service was good, the rooms were clean and comfortable 👍

Perfect place for Family Stay ! Very comfortable rooms as we did a stay from 18th & 19th Aug'24 as a family in 2 Rooms on 2nd Floor Friendly staff and complimentary Tea service with Pick-up from Katra Bus Stand, drop at Bang Ganga and then at Katra Railway Station. The hotel rooms were nice and spacious. The hotel is away from Katra Bus Stand, and from market shops.

Very bad service, please do not stay here. bed sheet and toilet are very dirty and blanket was smelling they don't provide hot water. Transport facility only provide at the time of check in and check out time they told us you need to wait for 1 hr or 2 hr. Food are also not good.

Good room staff is good all facilities available wife is also good yatra parchi counter and banganga check post is in walking distance Overall nice experience 👍👍
