NillWonderful stay in this hotel.. Worth for money.. Staff is very friendly, location is 100-200 meters far from main katra road which is easily manageable. Rooms are also neat and clean.

NillThey don't have any deluxe rooms with two bed and also the service was really bad. They have AC and geyser switch connection from outside and they turned it off the entire time inspite of asking them to turn it on as the room got really hot during the day, they didn't care. So if you're okay with non ac room and without hot water go for it. Not worth the price also.

NillMy room stay was quite nice. Room was quite simple and little bit large. Geyser was working properly but TV was not working. But the food was not as good and there is no lift in the hotel. Their location is in crampy street of Katra but the driver of that hotel knows the correct way and he told the shortcut way from hotel to the main road. My overall stay was nice and comfortable.

NillI booked this hotel for 2 days but after spending one day at the hotel, here's my honest review: Pros: They allowed early check-in. They offer in-house food options. Paid pickup and drop-off facility available. Cons: Room construction is poor, with very little ventilation. The bedsheet was clean, but the blanket had a smell. Washroom was not clean, and the dustbin was already filled with indiscernible items. Towels provided were not clean, even after reminding the staff. Location is situated in an inner circle area, which might be inconvenient. Overall, my experience was unsatisfactory, and I couldn't stay for the second day of my booking.

NillAfter staying for 2 nights here is my honest review: 1- Guy sitting on reception ask everything from his owner whether it is room rent, taxi service....he is completely dependent on his owner, can't take any decision of his own, and owner talks on call only.... time consuming check in and check out. 2- Secondly, they will allow us for early check in and will say we will not charge anything extra for it....but in the end they just add up early check in charges in whole bill and if you will ask about it, they just say," humne is charge ka phle bol diya tha" and if you will ask to reduce that charge, they just deny it and also don't behave properly. Fraudulent activities are common here. 3- They will ask for paid taxi service whether it is pick or drop. After doing this fraudful activity they do not give any favour to their customers. 4- It is located in very inner portion of katra.... approximately 600 metre from main jammu road and 4 km from banganga and 3 km from katra railway station Totally disappointed stay took place here🥲 Now owner is replying that i was checking in 9 hrs before.....again he is lying....should i put my ticket in reviews to show my arrival time at katra....totally fake comment of owner. How can someone lie while doing his business in pious place🥲

NillStayed for 3 nights n 4 days .We had a great experience staying at dis hotel . The whole view of bhavan is visible from here. The staff is very friendly , cooperative n helpful.provided us better assistance.The rooms were spacious ,cozy n comfortable. Bedding n other facilities well arranged.provided us conveyance as well. Picked up n dropped us at our desired location . I recommend it n will visit d same hotel whenever I'll plan for my next trip. I'm thankful for there services...

NillJai Mata Di I have booked The Elite one room for my fam on 16th March and had stay in April for 3 days. The hotel manager called me as a welcome call a day before when i was travelling to katra.He suggested the fairs and taxi availability to the hotel from railway station. This property is new and 200 meters inside from main road (Landmark is Ginger hotel wali gali).The rooms were neat and clean and washroom was also clean. The staff over there was very humble cooperative and nice .We were with 2 small kids won’t believe staff even gave us hot milk and water for kids at 12 am mid night. Mr Vinod is the main person there who was very helpful. Even owner of the hotel was caring and nice. Moreover one of our kid was not well they helped us to go to the hospital and provided cab on humanity grounds as there is no child specialist available so we had to rush to the govt hospital katra. In the mean time we missed our train also and Mr Vinod helped us to re- book tickets in volvo and sorted our problem. For Baan Ganga or yatra strating point you can take hotel cab they will charge for 150-200 rs only as hotel is 500-600 meters away from baan ganga. It was a great stay at hotel Elite. NillThis will be a very honest review. 1. They didn’t have a C-Form to fill as my wife was American and hence they kept asking about address on the passport. 2. Not so bad location but a bit on the inner side of the main road. 3. The service guy who took our luggage was a nice and a kind man. 4. The room had unclean floor and hair from the last customer on the bed sheets. 5. They have a heater and AC in the room but both can’t be used at the same time as they have to switch one off for the other to work and they do it from the outside, suggest the owner to change that because that’s stupid. 6. We wanted to take a shower at night before sleep and when I asked to switch off the AC connection and switch on the heater he denied and said he can’t keep doing it, then after a long conversation he did but said will not switch the AC on and the whole night we had to sleep without the AC even though we paid for an AC room. 7. No soap No towel were provided until we asked for it, and later they gave only one towel and a hot soup, funny part is that I asked for a soap and the guy on the counter heard soup lol. 8. To the owner :- you were very decent but idk how are you not providing a towel or soap ? Isn’t that very basic ? 9. Most importantly, please get that bearded Chutya who works there out. Dhanda karna hai tho jhattu ko bhagao. 10. After the soup soap matter, the Chutya asked me for ₹40 and when I said I never asked you for it and thought it was complementary, he said you have to pay and I said Chal deta hu ro mat, Banda chup ek dum. Thank You.
