Malabar Hotel

I stayed in this hotel with my family while visiting vaishnodevi. The rooms are big but cleanliness is an issue. The bed sheets and blankets are not clean. I even so cockroaches in the room. Although the service is very nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

One of the best property hotel staff are good Mr mukhtar he is very helpful Roome,s are neat and clean large size roome Walking distance dal lakh parking and gardan is also here best experience

Although this hotel is not a newly constructed building but for a family of 2-4 people this is a good hotel with competative prices. I have given 5 ratings only for the services that the staff and reception guy was really good people and helpful. In case of other services like rooms they are ok, not so bad not so good. Just ok. Livable rooms. Bathrooms are also ok and seats were clean. We visited there for 2 days and it was a nice experience. At least good from the dormitory rooms where common baths and rooms were of hospital type and doesn't feel of anything sort of traveling place.

Extremely poor with zero maintenance. There are cockroaches roaming around in the room, the bathroom has earthworms around. The wall has saline and is damp. The tables, chairs are all extremely dusty and has spider webs. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ZERO RECOMMENDATION. Had other guests knocking at the door, don't know why. Seems they had lost their way among the few rooms the hotel has in a floor. One was even trying to open with keys into our room. Maybe other rooms with balcony is better, the one alloted to our travel agent then to us is HORRIBLE

Worst hotel in entire katra….owner behave as if he is giving rooms at free of cost… rooms are in very bad conditions….toilets are even worst than gov toilets….. 1)No towels were provider for family room of 4 people. 2)No waters were provided at the time of check in 3) No hot water at the time of winter, when asked for hot water, reception person told us to take bucket and get the water from apposite hotel. Very rude person. Also they give only one plate per room for dinner or lunch….worst experience 4) at this price you will really get the great deal…..plz dnt waste your time and money on this place.

The only reason why I gave 5 star to this hotel is the staff. He is a very polite and friendly person. Also I liked the hotel and its room for a family.
