Very nice view from rooms. Excellent food. Polite staff. GM was very helpful, Arrange every thing required. Family atmosphere. Kids enjoyed a lot. Enjoyed pool and kids activities. We had very nice darshans just because of Sudershan ji General manager

Real vaue for money.. Excellent hygiene maintained in rooms.. Rooms were very clean and tidy.. Staff was very polite, courteous and prompt and supportive.. Food was very tasty and delicious.. The hotel had an amazingly beautiful aura and infrastructure. No issues of vehicles parking. Kind and polite staff with positive energy. Great food and service. Neat, tidy and hygienic rooms, overall a great experience. Must visit if you ask me

We stayed here for 2Nights since we came for Mata Vaishno devi dharshan. |Devi grand made our stay very comfortable. Rooms were spacious, food was good. The hotel offer all the amenities that you look for. Staff was also courteous.|Would highly recommend.

Hotel Devi Grand katra is very nice property to stay with family, Food was great . Staff was very polite and helpful. They arranged us pickup and drop from railway station to hotel and back. View from our rooms was daamn good. Vaishno Mata track was clear from my room.

Overall, I had good experience at this hotel. When I visited, not many visitors were there. Hotel seemed to be empty and not properly maintained. Swimming pool also didn't seem to be well maintained. However view from room is quite mesmerizing. Food is also delicious. Staffs are polite and hospitable. Basic amenities like soap and moisturizer available but not sleepers and other facilities available. Heater and kettle was made available at request.
