Hotel Gordon House

Worst experience ever! The rooms are dirty, outdated, and lack basic amenities like tissues and proper dustbins. No landline service, and the washroom was poorly maintained. The pictures on the app are completely misleading—this property is much older and poorly maintained.The service is the slowest and worst I’ve ever experienced. They overcharge for so-called "premium" rooms, which are nothing but a scam. The location is terrible, and their promised free pick-up/drop-off service is a joke—they don’t even answer calls at night. Avoid this hotel unless you want to waste your money and ruin your stay. Never visiting again!

I recently stayed at this property and was highly disappointed with the experience. The interiors are extremely outdated and poorly maintained. The beds are uncomfortable and appear to be very old. There was no hot water available in the bathroom, and the towels provided seemed excessively worn from overuse. Furthermore, despite advertising air-conditioned rooms, there was no electricity during my stay, which rendered the AC useless. The photos used to promote the hotel are clearly outdated and misleading, likely taken many years ago or heavily edited. Given these issues, the price charged is unjustifiably high. I would not recommend this property to others.

Nice hotel. My opinion this is best.. Room are so neat and clean.. Proper 4bed room. Double bes sweet room.. Swimming pool on this hotel.. Shiv mandir... Parking space.. Everything is good.. Thanku so much. All staff are nice.. Service properly. Towel and hand soap on the table .rooms Price is medium.. 👌👌👌

ONE OF THE THE WORST HOTEL EXPERINCE I HAVE EVER HAD. Have travelled all over the world and stayed in 2* to 7* hotels but haven't come across such an experience and that too at Maa Vaishno Devi Yatra. What is shown and promised is never delivered ; so beware before making any bookings. After coming back from Yatra at 12:00 at night and making multiple calls , rooms are not ready. When it is difficult to even take two steps , you are told to go to second floor ( promised first floor @ booking ) or pay extra. Then to top it all , ACs tripping five times in one hour and you just can't sleep. No response on telephone lines. Have to go down every time in that state for complaints of ACs. Pathetic service and rude behavior. Would have given negative ratings, however, for Mata Rani have refrained from doing so.

Worst hotel I have ever experienced in my whole life. Either it be staff or property or food or hygiene. Staff is completely money minded. No service no electricity even in a day of 24 hours they will provide you electricity for 5 to 6 hr they only switch to generators only if they need the electricity. They give prices of room to the customer according to customer profile. They don't have a kitchen as well they took the order and get it prepared by a near by Dhaba and that dhaba boy will also ask you for money for delivering the food at your room. They need to work on every aspect of hotel and management. I would never ever suggest this hotel to anyone.
