Jai Ma Inn Hotels Katra

Don't go by the pictures published. Only the reception area looks great. The room , furniture, bedding is below par. The toilet seat was broken. No clean bucket, the taps were broken. We stayed at 211. I will not recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at the Jai Maa inn Hotel and had a very good experience. The hotel's location is quite convenient situated in a easy access to local attractions and transport facilities.|| The rooms were clean and well-maintained.The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made for a restful stay.| The hotel offers a range of amenities including free Wi-Fi, and a decent breakfast and Lunch. | The staff were courteous and attentive, always willing to help with any requests or questions. Check-in and check-out were smooth processes.|Jai maa inn Hotels provides good value for money with its comfortable rooms and friendly service. While there are areas that could use improvement, particularly in terms of modernizing facilities, it’s a solid choice for travelers seeking a comfortable stay in a central location.

We stayed for 3 nights and spent most of the time in hotel. ||We had a good experience in this hotel and it is well enough to be recommended for the new guests. ||Food is very good as compared to other options available in katra regarding taste and cost. ||Thanks for the wonderful service

I booked this hotel from Makemytrip and after reaching there check in was denied. I will not recommend this hotel.

Good nice place to stay, Since it's an old property, Rooms under renovation. Faced issue with TV remote. Upper Deluxe Room are equipped with old window AC's with clogged filter & damage vents. Pungent smell was observed initially when they opened the room. Washroom are good, neat & clean with 24x7 very hot water. They charge for more than 1 water bottle consumed for the day. Towels were not that good so we used one with us. You may find it difficult to adjust as per their Pick & Drop service to Ban Ganga check post as it starts from 08:00 & ends at 20:00. Location is 5 minutes to railway station & bus stand. Good locality & clam environment. Had a safe stay with family for 3 night in August last week 2024. But please note "They will not be calling / contacting you if in case you are late at check IN as same happened with us inspite of advance booking: No courtesy " Finally I called them to confirm that will check IN by late evening.

I visited Jammu - Katra in April 2024 with family and stayed in this hotel for a couple of day. My experience is so good as the hotel ambience is too good and it is located in the market area. The room is big in size and you can easily stay with your kids in one room. Rooms are super clean along with toilet and bathrooms are also very clean. Food quality is too good and they serve you as soon as they cook and you can choose the dinner and breakfast options from the menu card. The staff is so friendly. Overall this is very good hotel to stay if you want to stay in Katra with family.

This is best ever option I have explored in Katra as I have been visiting this holy city from last 10 years.||Preferably, rooms are very clean and in big size.||Food options and simple taste feels like home cooked.||Staff is very charming and have good communication skills ||See u next time
