Must say they are talented enough to prepare the worst food. I'm surprised that koi kaise itna Ganda khana bana sakta h. No doubt the location is good. Rooms are ok. You get hot water.

Me and my entire family of (10 members ) stayed there and we all felt very comfortable staying in this hotel. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient.

Good place to stay at. Rooms are decent. Service is slow. Plenty of parking available. Nearby to Railway station and helipad. Quality and quantity of food is good. We ordered breakfast(Upma,Poha, Channa Puri) and dinner(Roti, Paneer Butte Masala, Pulao) all of the dishes were good. Location is good. Close to the main road but no traffic disturbance. Hotel has a lift. Kind of wheelchair friendly.

Let me start with my experience with reception,in couples of minutes check in done. Then I went to my room and it was clean and smells great. Food was so good that I couldn’t believe that it tasted like home cooked food,awesome food and tasty. Next day I meet hotel manager Rohit Sharma very helpful and welcoming person, he helped me with transportation that is not covered in my package and he did not charge me single penny. Great hotel great food and great service.

We booked this hotel for two days based on a friend’s recommendation. Here’s a summary of our experience: 1. Smooth check-in process. 2. Courteous staff with prompt responses to our requests. 3. Decent, homely food. 4. One concern was finding a small metallic wire in our rice plate, likely from steel scrub pads used for washing utensils. 5. Quick and efficient in-room service. 6. The hotel provides a complimentary cab to the yatra starting point, a common service among hotels in Katra. 7. Conveniently located—900 meters from Katra Chowk and 500 meters from the railway station. Overall, it was a decent stay with just a minor hiccup.
