Hotel Vidhya Katra

Although location wise this hotel is good. I particularly had this issue while checking in with my retired parents. Booking was pre-booked and paid for. Upon Arrival at 12:30 pm ( checkin 12 pm) they were first of all not prepared. After making us wait for next 30 mins when we asked for the room status owner started abusing me and yelling " will not give you rooms do whatever you like.....". He's like I don't care which app you booked from. This is a very unprofessional and rowdy behaviour. Will recommend peaceful families to stay away. Service and housekeeping is abysmal to add to the woes.

Very bad experience with hotel. No cleanliness. Take extra charges half charges for 3 hrs. Very bad experience. Please don't visit this hotel. OYO rooms are better than this.

Exellent hotel .helpful staff . Clean rooms .yummy food( chacha ji ke hatho ka kamal) i am stay with our family 14 feb to 18 feb 2019. Itne kmm rate me bahut achi facility good.

Good hotel and service provides pick and drop facility from station and also to and fro for ban ganga from hotal good food
