Holiday Inn Katra Vaishno Devi, an IHG Hotel

We were greeted with warm welcome on arrival. Then they arranged a welcome cake for us in the room. And this gesture of the staff really touched our hearts. The rooms are well maintained and had a great view. My toddler really enjoyed the view of flying helicopters and passing by trains. |Really enjoyed the delicious meals served here.|My favorite spot to have tea was at Al Fresco with great view around.|Truly enjoyed my stay in this lovely property. The staff was polite and very cooperative.

The hotel is wonderfully located, offering a clear and serene view of Maa Vaishno Devi. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The food is delicious, and the service is excellent, ensuring a pleasant stay overall. However, one area for improvement is the check-in policy. With many trains arriving in the early morning, the standard 3 PM check-in time can be inconvenient. Offering a flexible early check-in option, even with an additional charge, would greatly enhance the guest experience. This feature should also be integrated into the IHG application for added convenience. Given the religious tourism in Katra, early check-in is a practical necessity to accommodate travelers’ schedules effectively.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. My family had a really great time. It's a home away from home and a heaven on earth.... The rooms are so we'll organised and maintained. The front office team is really great. They welcomed us so well and had hot hot welcome drinks served on our arrival and escorted us to the rooms.

Recently stayed here and i would just like to say it was an amazing experience. Special mention to all the staff, there were really great. The food quality and taste were impressive. The staff at the restaurant is really amazing and they made sure all our requests were taken care of. Overall a very good experience.

Thank you for the amazing hospitality. Dinner was served on time. All crew members were present continuously and kept checking on us frequently. We appreciate the service provided at this hotel. Staff is very very friendly and courteous at the same time. Vicky and Param were very pleasant.

The hotel is in a quiet location, away from the hustle and bustle but still easily accessible. While the rooms are new, they could use some refreshing already. On the bright side, the restaurant service was excellent. Special thanks to Anjeel, who was incredibly hospitable and attentive to every little detail.

I was on my family trip with my senior citizen parents and i must appreciate the courtesy of the front office staff whk toom care of them as gheir own parents be it room allocation or any other facility required in the room. Their continues follow up with us for our comfort was really heart touching

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Katra and had a wonderful experience. The location is incredibly convenient, especially for early arrivals or late departures, as it's situated right next to the train station. The rooms are spacious, offering fantastic views, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The food quality and taste were impressive, with a special mention to Shivanshu from the Viva restaurant. He made sure all our requests were taken care of and went the extra mile to provide fresh meals for the kids. His attention to detail truly enhanced our dining experience. A small area for improvement would be to speed up the service a bit, but overall it was a minor issue in an otherwise flawless stay. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Katra. Great location, comfortable rooms, and excellent service!
