Hotel Pushap Villa Katra

Our overall experience at the hotel was average. The rooms are good and spacious and the washroom was also clean but the behaviour of the staff is very rude and unprofessional. We need to repeatedly keep calling them for every single item. If you are looking for a good hotel, sure you can stay here, but don't expect much on the service front.

Hotel staff is rude. Does not know how to talk to a customer. They are not cooperative at all. We have asked them to pick up the luggage from room no one showed up. Lift was not working hence we have to carry all the stuff on our own. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone.

Suite rooms were fully damaged . The washroom had a major issue with pot broken . Washbasin choked . The bed sheets and blankets were very untidy . The pillows in washroom was a lot untidy . I had a booking of three rooms two of them were the suites And I will say this was my worst experience for a single night stay for an amount of 8900. The rooms were not more than worth rs 1999 for 3 rooms .Don't know how they got 4.5 ratings with such bad experience. Totally disappointed😔

The rooms are spacious and comfortable with all basic amenities. The food is good too. Highly recommended for those who are looking for a well to do rooms near railway station.

Pushpavila Hotel is a very good hotel located near Katra Railway Station. It is an affordable hotel for the upper middle class. All the hotel staff are very polite and helpful. The location of Pushpavilla Hotel is situated between the railway station and the market so it is very convenient to go to both side. It is also very close to the helipad and on the main road so your stay in Katra can be planned very conveniently.

My stay at Hotel Pushap Villa Katra was a mixed experience. Visiting for a two-day trip to Maa Vaishno Devi darshan, I encountered a range of interactions with the staff. While some members were welcoming and helpful, others seemed indifferent. The overall ambiance and amenities of the hotel were just average, and I couldn't help but feel that the cost did not entirely justify the experience. It was an okay stay, serving its purpose as a place to rest during my pilgrimage, but I left with a sense that there might be better options available for the money spent.

We have been here from last two days. The rooms are very neat and clean ,service and supporting staff is very cooperative food is nice and very near to Katra Railway station. Overall a very well experience We were 10 people in our group tour and every one is very much happy with the experience
