Hotel Akhil Palace

Very worst experience we have faced , rooms were not at all clean, small cockroaches are roaming in the room In the reception ,the boy behaviour was very rude While booking they told me something while doing checkout they are demanding money for whole day Don't book rooms in this hotel , Service was not at all good. All over very bad experience and not recommended for stay. AC is not working properly . Beds are not at all good. Lien is very bad. Imp:THIS HOTEL IS NOT SUITABLE FOR FAMILIES.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had staying in a hotel while traveling with family and relatives (total 20 members including small children) Pathetic hospitality at reception, lack of decency by daytime receptionist, feels like he doesn’t even want to talk to customers Rooms are very bad: cockroaches all over, toilets were not clean at all, exhaust fan in toilet was not working in one of the rooms, other didn’t have flush working 🤦🤦 AC cannot work if there is no two phase electricity supply You have to remind about toilet soap and water every time Bedsheets were very dirty and after asking to replace those, it was denied Only good thing was the pickup and drop to from station/ Baanganga. Driver was good behaving person but he had too much work to do all the time and was late

Very worst experience ever. They increased the price of room after what was decided earlier. They cheat their customer for a very minimal amount. I strongly suggests everyone to not choose this hotel for stay in Katra.

Room not cleaning I asked please chang my bedsheet but Akhil place staff asking extra money. Cleaning is so bad So many cockroaches and mosquitoes Staff behaviour is not good .

Pathetic hotel. Rooms are not at all good. Staff is so rude and arrogant. They will first take money and then they’ll delay everything. We had the worst experience. Rooms are in such bad conditions and the whole place stinks and is not at all clean and tidy

Pathetic service. Staff is very rude, unprofessional and have no manners how to talk to guests.|Rooms were so dirty. Every where cockroaches and open wire.|Bathroom has no flush no handwash.|Bedsheet were torn and dirty.|Every where in room you can see dirty spots.

Thank you the room was great! Service are best and price is very affordable Staff is friendly and supportive this hotel is so beautiful our vacation it was really relaxing our hotel room was gorgeous big thanks to the staff
