Place was super tidy...we got room on the 2nd floor with two beds..super spacious...very cordial staff...full marks for cleanliness...room service was very good...you can't find better place than this in this low budget

Nice hotel with good atmosphere near to bus stand and also with ban ganga entrance. Staff also very supportive. It’s on bazaar road so that u can able to do the shopping very easy and as well as cheap. I have stay twice in that hotel overall experience is good for me

It is in budget, near market, and view from rooms are good. Highly recommended if you are looking for budget stay with good location.

It's on the main road. You can go towards the bhawan from directly from this hotel, we checked almost 15 hotel's nearby but this is best in price and location,staff is very friendly especially Shankar bhaiya he Best person. They provide you Prasad & body message after coming from bhawan

We stayed here during new year, this hotel was horrible. No hot water supply, we bathe with cold water itself, exorbitantly charged for 2 beds, uncleaned bedsheets, smelling washroom. Don't go by the images, its completely opposite.

It's a best place to stay with family whenever u r traveling to Mata Vaishno Devi. Neat n clean rooms with all basic amenities, located in heart of town, hassle-free check-in n friendly staff

Hotel is great, near to the entry gate of Vaishno Devi. Facilities provided here are also up to the T. Only issue is hot water. Hotel staff is also friendly
