Worst hotel, no manners to talk, not cleaned hotel at all. I book 6 rooms and at the time of check In they said one of the room will be ready after 6 hours.

we stayed for two days. initially we were a bit apprehensive looking at the reviews. but surprisingly the hotel was good. staff was also good

Pls include 0 rating as well, this hotel deserves that. Rooms are unclean, washrooms untidy, towels and bedsheets stinky and unwashed i Asked for a bottle of hot and cold water to which staff said we dont have enough jugs I had called the manager twice after making the booking to confirm what charges would apply(flat rate/hourly charge) if i need to extend after i complete vaishno devi journey. He refused to tell me and said he would let me extend two hours and will manage and see after that. He was rude even on ca We came down at 3 PM and asked the charges for extending upto 5 PM because there were elders and children who weren't well after tge journey. He asked for flat 600 rs for two hours which was way too much even if i considered hourly or half rates from his original (claimed price). Considering the condition of the room(in my head), I tried to tell him the situation polietly so he could settle for around 300-400 for two hours but the manager is uneducated typical gawaar, he was pressing his teeths like he would hit me any moment even when i talked to him polietly, he insulted me in front of people and said "Bheekh de rahi hai kya" and asked me to get out. There wasn't actually any arguement.He is a money minded and a disgusting person, i dont even know whats he doing in a holy place like Katra. He is not less than people speaking on road sides. Sincere request to whoever is reading this, please donot go for this hotel ebven if its 200 rs cheap, its staff manager and hotel is disgusting if you stay even for one hour. Goibibo and other companies should stop partnering which such hotels if they want to retain their customer base

I recently visited Vaishno Devi with friends, and it was really a value to money stay in terms of light budget.|Rooms were big and clean and equipped with Hot Water.|Location of the hotel is really good, in case you want to buy prasad and dry fruits etc. , So overall, I am satisfied with the place considering it's price.

great chain of hotel sagar ratna is famous in katra... lots of branches around we visited i=the one in the center of market,,, great food ... well maintined amibineces and great taste.. what else you want,,
