I want to talk to the owner of this hotel. If you are listening to me. Your manager Sohan singh behaviour with customer is very very very bad. He has no atticates how to talk to customer’s. I have booked 5 rooms with the hotel. But in future just because of this man sohan singh. I will never stay in this hotel again

We had very bad experience at this hotel on August 17, 2024. Please don’t go if u guys have valuables with you. Staff here is very keen and observant about your moves and always keep an eye on you. We had our money stolen here and it was very well planned by the staff. We got tired after yatra and spent the night here but someone came in our room at night around 2-3 am during our stay when we’re sleeping and exhausted. Significant amount of cash was missing from a purse which was really close to the room door. The door latch was opened through the ventilation window above(we’re 100% sure that we closed the doors properly). Please keep an eye on your stuff here. And don’t trust the door locks. They will purposely give u the rooms with bad doors. Also, washroom window was kept open and it was hard to close. Stay safe Sangat! Beware of all thieves and Shaitans. Jai Mata Di!

I came here with my family and firstly the view from the room was unbelievable. Then when we went to dinner, food was great, but was only warm, but not hot. We just asked and they immediately rectified the situation turning up the burners and re-serving our plates. It was not possible to ask for better hospitality. Aqqib and Madi were especially warm welcoming people and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was amazing. I could not recommend this place more!!

Location of hotel is perfect and rooms are good but the price I little higher. Try avoid having Chinese food or Maggi in this hotel because they don't prepare it frequently. Services are good here.

Everything was ok for a night sleep as most of us go for Mata darshan. But they are very adamant for not extending a few hours after checkout time. Our friend was coming so we needed a few more hours but they asked for half of a day's rent. That wasn't good customer service else we didn't face any other issue in the night.

Got late by 3 hours from checkout time while coming out of vaishno devi...requested hotel staff but hotel charged half day amount and warned me if I don't reach hotel by 4 pm they will charge for full day.. seriously very inconvenient for people coming . From far.. this is not customer service..
