Average hotel but good for some people

It is a very bad hotel, the hotel staff is very bad, the hotel rooms are very dirty, bedbugs keep roaming in the hotel room, on the pillow and bed sheet, there is no dustbin in the rooms, no hot water, fans don't work, there is no AC in any room, whoever falls into their trap should be careful, these people will trap you from Katra station itself and will show you pictures of good rooms on their phone, don't fall into their trap, we had come. It is a very bad hotel. Do not go there just because it is cheap. Bedbugs and cockroaches keep roaming in the entire hotel.

Not a pleasing experience. Stayed for two nights there. First of all it is not a hotel, it is a house & someone has converted it into rented accommodation. 1. High charges from other hotels 2. Far from the temple entry. 3. Broken & open window - No security if want to leave personal belongings in a locked room. 4. Washrooms are not clean. 5. Electricity issue - Without inverter & run on generator... There was lack of fuel for the generator hence we stayed without electricity for 1 hour. 6. The staff is not professional at all. Although they provided a pickup drop from the room to the temple. The car drivers were nice.

Worst experience in this hotel bad service poor room condition total waste of money first they deal with fake promises then use bad behavior nd use very bad language with customer nd all five star reviews is fake like this hotel 🤬

Worst hotel to stay in.. visited day before yesterday and the receptionist there was very rude impolite and ignorant.. If you are thinking of booking room in this hotel kindly think twice before wasting your hard earned money..

Worst service ever,even after booking they gived away our room to others, we've booked two rooms before going to yatra and when we're back tired from yatra we found out that they given away our room to others,after raising questions they misbehaved with my family including womens and being so rude like they don't even care about us after having the money,so much of lies about the services before booking and after booking they're like jo mila usme khush raho,even they said they'll drop us to the frisking point to begin yatra coz the hotel is far away from there,but they dropped us to the market only and we have to walk our way both times,we canceled our booking after the conflict from staff and got away,gonna file a complaint about them on tourism board.

Very disappointed with the staff. Dealing is not good because the prices they are making are very high according to the location and the rooms. Not so good room service and once again, disappointed with the nature of the staff. Jai Mata Di

Not good experience, everything waste worst experience of service given and staff behaviour, hotel service given for 2-5 hours at 1200-1400 pleas avoid this hotel for check ins
