One of the best hotel i ever stayed in Katra. |The property is fantastic with excellent staff. Ms Nisha from Front desk is very helpful & good at her work . The restaurant is v well kept with anazing foods. The staff(Nirmala, Vineet) is v helpful, courteous and always greeting us with smile. The rooms are clean n tidy, with comfortable beds and good toiletries. Overall, it is a delightful stay. Big thumbs up 👍

It was such a pleasant stay here at Ramada. Specially Anita Rajput was a great help at the restaurant during breakfast. She was always greeted with a beautiful smile every time of the day. Also the full staff here is so nice that I would recommend the stay. Definitely will come back and stay here. Thanks for the comfortable hospitality.

Facility is great, but the view from our window was full-on view of a garbage dump. We kept our windows closed. Food was great. Lobby is good. Location is close to fountain square and market. Being the high end hotel, they can surely pay for a garbage truck to clear that trash.

Rooms are nice and spacious. Almost all basic amenities are available. The hotel is located on the Katra Station road. 2-5 mins walk to the main market. They provide a complimentary one time drop facility.
