Rooms are of decent quality, some of them even have modular fittings in bathroom with shower room/lavatory partition. Best thing about right sided rooms is that many of them have clear view of trikuta hills and ardhkuwari bhawan right from the window, which is the USP for this hotel. Service is a little slow but nothing to be frowned upon. Overa, nice experience.

The location of this hotel is good as the main chownk is around 500 meters.. the only plus option is that it has a lift to go to upper floors. The room walls, linens were dirty. Washroom were not properly functional as the flush was leaking and there was a little importance give to hygiene. There might be many other hotels that are available in similar cost. I stayed at this hotel a decade back and it was good that time; hence i booked it again without reading much about it else I would have avoided it. 1 star is for location and 1 for the staff. Restaurant experience was bad last time so I didn't even tried it. I would suggest to opt for better hotels in the same price range. Location was good as you would get a auto for the main chownk and for the helipads easily...

Rooms are very bad,dirty and torn mattress. Blankets are very dusty. staff is very rude , they dont have dogital payment option they constaly asking about cash only i suggest dont go with this hotel

The blankets were dirty, lack of cleanliness and lifts was type of old sliding steel gates which were not closed by other guests that results to climbing yourself instead of waiting at ground floor. Only good thing was that room with view of Mata Vaishno mandir mountain.

The Kashmir Regency team is always serving their excellent hospitality. The staff is ready welcoming and takes no time to understand your meal & drink preferences. The Hotel is located on the main road close to Niharika Complex so anybody can access and start their journey to Mata Vaisho temple. The rooms G-I & II, are very comfortable but bathroom needs to be improvements. The service staff is good but not that much professional but all are good and best behaviors. The front office staff and manager Mr. Jeevan is very professional and helpful. The food was good and fresh. The ample parking space was there and hotel provided to us free transfer to till Niharika Bhawan, so overall we had a good time and would be highly recommended this hotel.

Service is slow and poor. Had booked 3 rooms for 3 days. Had to call and ask for everything from towel to soap. Electric kettle was only for showpiece and that too in only 1 room. No tea bags or sugar. Nothing. Even complained at reception but they did nothing. Asked for cleaning of rooms and he just broomed the rooms. No pochha. The blankets were smelling. I think other hotels are much better

A nice hotel with friendly people. Just wifi is available at the lobby, no wifi at any other floor. View from window is gorgeous. Room service is quick and quite efficient. Courteous staff members. Bathrooms are spacious with beautiful glass partition of bath area. Luxury at a decent price. A recommended place for stay during a visit to Katra .
