Chintpurni Hotels Katra

It was a very bad experience.The room was so dirty. Food and tea was also not good.No nice view in the view it's garbage .The tv was not working .It was smelling a lot. You can only checkout on 12:00pm or pay extra money or they will say sit in waiting area with luggage.Washroom was also not good and clean.

I would have given 0 stars if I could have. Had a very bad experience, Their dalal will pick you at the bus stand making false promises but you won't get the promised services .

Very bad experience The rooms are not clean at all and the behavior of the entire staff is very dirty. We 7 people reached this hotel at 1 am in the night after traveling on 2nd June. We had talked before coming that we have 6.30 evening train on 4th June so we will checkout till 4 pm but still they made us checkout. The behavior is so dirty and rude, no one should come to this hotel.
