Hotel Jagdish Residency

Very very ⚠️ bad room very bad service of the staff. The rooms are very very dirty and smelly. There was mountains inside the room who even destroyed our luggage and food material. The toilets are very, very dirty Moreover, the kitchen inside this hotel was very very unhygienic and dirty. Please do not go to this hotel at any cost. This stayed my whole journey. Please do not go to this hotel at any cost Please 🙏 try to understand Jai mata di!!

Never ever book this hotel in Katra named Jagdish Residency. On June 26th, upon arrival, found out there’s no water in the hotel, and guests are filling their buckets from outside. Terrible service, i advise to not go with this hotel. Rude reception and will face issues when you book this property

Worst experience ever for the room cleaning and power supply and power plugs. I lost my phone charger due to power plugs problem. Very poor service.

Why is it even 1 star? It should be in negative receptionist talked like we were nothing, bhai itta arrogance rakhega to business nhi chlne wala already nhi chlta, bad smell all over I saw the cleaner guy went inside wwshroom which extremely dirty pee all over the floor, he cleaned that with same cloth he cleaned the reception floors with, the bathroom of my room was very disgusting we wanted to puke, we called for help and in the name of staff a group of 3 little boys came as if they could have done something about the disrupted circuit. Also don't go with woman the staffs are very creep one literally gave a flying kiss when we were leaving.

The people who pic from bus stand totally make full, don't believe them. If didn't book online, you can get good hotel you need search yourself.

I stayed in room no 103. There were around 7-8 rats in the room . They used to poop on the bed in the night and there was a bad odour of rat's pee in the room . Even after complaining, the hotel receptionist was very normal as this is very common for them. However other staffs behaviour is good and the location of the hotel is also good. But the room quality is pathetic.

Dirty rooms, and bugs are there situated bed also roming in rate all over room and he demand 1000/...rs advance but they are not returned after I have cancelled there room.. Praveen sharma is managed this property but they are totally unprofessional...after my experience you look other booking sites like goibibo, MakeMyTrip given 3+ rating but they are not diserve I think 1+ rating

Worst experience, irrespossible staff, they are unintersted to help us, dirty and stained bedsheets, bad smell in the room, the worst part is bathroom.........
