Good place to stay but,they only focus to improve reception area not rooms and services.

1500 is max. you can offer here. Above 1500 INR is not worth the standard, many things are old and worn out. Toilet cleanliness not that good. Not professional service as compared to modern day standard hotels. Only location is good.

Fantastic Hotel at reasonable price.... Hotel is very good. Very neat and clean with each and every basic necessities. Everything was there soap, towel Everything. It's not like Dharamshala. It's good. Staffs are also very polite. Restaurant also available in this hotel and Food was also very good. Special Thali was very tasty and available at very reasonable price.

Hotel is very good neat and clean with each and every basic necessities. I was there and was seeing every situation. He was arguing with no reason. Don't know why. Everything was there soap towel Everything. It's not like Dharamshala. It's good. I m the customer of this Hotel since 10years. Staffs r also polite.

Just checked out from this hotel cum dhramshala this so called hotel doesn't even have soap and towel. I had booked 1 room worth rs 3200/- per day for 2 days. The flap of commode was broken and was fixed after repeated reminded on 2nd day. Room service was pathetic when I came back after darshan the staff did not even replaced towel and the bedsheets which one can expect even from a 2 star hotel. Today at the time of check in I gave them my debit card there staff said sir hamare account freeze hai hum cash lete hai. On which I asked why the manager said the same thing at the time of check in. Staff and manager of this so called hotel have no courtesy.. I highly recommend not to burn your money by choosing this kerni palace for stay if you want to have a peaceful darshan.

our group is staying here from almost 15yrs , never had any issues, now it's just like our second home , hotel staff is v. Helpful always look after guests need . Property is very well maintained and up-to-date. Great value for money.

Stayed there for 2 days, room service was available 24 hours, and the pivotal point being there was a beautiful and holy view of Vaishnodevi temple directly from our room. I never share my experience but this hotel deserved it, I would recommend this hotel anyone visiting Vaishnodevi temple.
