Hotel Manorama Residency Katra

We went there with family last week and stayed here. The rooms were not at all clean as there were bugs on the bed and a six legged insect in the washroom. We were promised ac room but later on the guy kept objecting that you cannot use ac as it is IN THE ROOM BUT NOT IN THE SERVICE. I have stayed here for a small time and suffered severe skin infection. Location is very close to railway station but away from rest spots. Market is also nearby the place. Food service situation was better than the rest situation. And food was average. Not recommended

Very peaceful and calm place to stay we group of 25 people visited at the hotel they treat us like their family we also struck in problem they helped us and also provided vechile at cheap and best rate for sringar While reading reviews of people I don't understand why they criticise them I think they need tajmahal in such cheap and best rate Acc to me and my family it is the best location and hotel to stay I recomend my family and friends also to stay there And special thanks to love Bhai for making our trip so exciting and memorable

Rooms are ugly staff is very irresponsible.The only boy who is house keeping staff is good rest all are not even good to talk overall u r throwing ur money in drain for nothing.They only have one quality that they get a trap on u at railway station only. Worst worst worst experience

I was very very disappointed with the hotel staff and owner's behavior, they were talk like illiterate people they had no manner to talk with their Guests. Services was too bad. Room, washroom was very dirty. There was nothing in washroom (no water, no toilet paper, no soap, no handwash nothing). Room was too much dirty, TV was not working, there was no cable connection. Seriously worst experience of my life. I had wasted my money and time, i had to change the hotel coz of staff behavior and services. I will suggest all the coming guests not to stay with this hotel.
