Hotel Lords Paradise Katra

Hotel is situated in a very good location . All staff members are well mannered. Rooms are spacious and cleaned with sufficient water supply. Power backup and wifi facility are really helpful and working. Finally it is suitable for families, a pure Hindu hotel.

Don't book this hotel...go for other options at the same price. Please also read the edited portion after owner's incompetent reply before booking this hotel. 1) Manager (young guy with spects) is totally incompetent, unprofessional and has rude behaviour. He dont know how to speak with customers and if we question about the services he argues unnecessarily to defend himself. 2) Condition of 2nd floor is terrible. Check the pictures. 3) Rooms are very dirty. 4) Huge pile of garbage and food leftover near near the room. 5) Room service is not good. Staff is also untrained. 6) Tap was broken, water spillage in bathroom. Bathroom was dirty, previous customer's hair were still there. {Edited part after hotel's reply}: 1)These images are not of my arrival date, its of my departure date, they never cleaned anything and everything was dirty as if we are living in Slum. The real photos speaks the real condition of the hotel. 2) The owner says i am trying to degrade his hotel's image. I am just showing the reality and writing the truth. He can't stop me doing that. 3) He said late check out of 8PM, but the funny part is my train was at 2:30PM (Vande Bharat exp 22440) and so how and why will I ask for 8PM check out, it's obvious that hotel owner is a liar too. 4) I never saw 60 customers in that hotel, he is trying to create the hype. All the rooms were empty. 5) If you want only positive reviews then provide good facilities and cleanliness, if you can't digest negative reviews then just shut your hotel and sit at home. Simple conclusion: Don't book this hotel if you want a peaceful stay in katra. Go for other options.

The guest house was good. Rooms were clean and spacious with 2 double beds which can easily accommodate 4-5 people. Air conditioners were working fine and there were no unnecessary restrictions. One of the rooms had a seepage issue. However, the owner immediately replaced the room with a new room. The staff was helpful and available all the time.

Pathetic experience of staying here. Hotel Owner Sushant does not know how to behave and speak. He is rude to everybody. Incase you have no choice to book other hotel, make sure you don't see him at all. Hotel is on main road and before/after yatra when you want a relaxed sleep, you will only get horn and traffic noice all day and night. It is just stay with zero amenities. DO not expect anything from hotel. It's like a stay in dharamshala with attached bathroom.

I stayed at Hotel Lord Paradise with my family for 4 days. 1. The hotel owner/receptionist is very polite. Quick service. 2. Hotel is in kashmir road near to market and from railway station. 3. The rooms were clean, big and the washrooms clean and spacious. 4. We stayed in 2 king size bed room which is enough to accomodate 4-5people. Over all a great experience.

Very nice hotel to stay with family. I have stayed here for 3 days. All modern facilities are available like AC,Glicer TV etc. They provide room service. I will give 5 star for this hotel. I suggest all to stay here for homely atmosphere.

Hotel lords paradise is situated centrally in Katra just 500 metres from bus stand and 700 metres from railway station also banganga is just 1.5 km away from hotel.The hotel rooms were spotless and the housekeeping staff is very helpful. Overall a very good choice for stay in Katra.Highly recommend for travellers.
