Hotel Palam Hills

I stayed at this hotel in August 2025 with my family for 1 day and it was a delightful experience. The property has a very beautiful garden with apple and apricot trees, which added a refreshing charm to the stay. A lady from the hotel kindly offered us plenty of freshly picked apples, and it was a joy to taste the locally grown fruits. The location is convenient—around a 12-minute walk to Mall Road and about 15 minutes by car from the airport. The hotel also has ample car parking, which made things hassle-free. Overall, it was a short but memorable stay with a touch of local warmth.

The property is nestled amidst breathtaking surroundings, with beautifully maintained gardens and lush greenery that offer a peaceful retreat from the hustle of travel. It’s the perfect place to relax and soak in the natural beauty of Ladakh. The rooms were impeccably clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, reflecting the charm of the region while offering modern comfort. Every detail, from the fresh linens to the spotless bathrooms, spoke volumes about the care and attention given to cleanliness. Service was prompt, professional, and always delivered with kindness. Whether it was meals, local guidance, or any request – everything was handled with utmost care. Overall, our experience at The Palam Hills was truly memorable. It's a perfect blend of nature, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality. I’d highly recommend this gem in Leh to anyone looking for a peaceful and fulfilling stay in Leh. Would definitely love to return!

Lovely hotel in Leh for the price. Rooms are large and clean. Magnificent garden. Good food. Only thing is that they don't give complimentary tea/coffee in the rooms. They can take this as a feedback to provide this. But a lovely stay. Ample parking and walking distance to Leh Market. They also have a bakery which sells delicious cheese cakes.

Great place to stay, a beautiful garden and a small coffee n pastries shop are brilliant combinations. Service is great and staff members are humble and always ready to serve. We were there for almost a week, and had a great time with family members. The owner of the hotel helped us to accommodate one day hotel charges when we went for a visit to Pangong. Thank you team Hotel Palam Hills for making us so... comfortable.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Palam Hills in Leh, and I must say it was an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. A special mention goes to Gulam Abbas and the entire staff team — each and every one of them was incredibly helpful, polite, and professional throughout my stay. Simply making sure I was comfortable, they went above and beyond to make me feel at home. The hotel itself is well-maintained, clean, and offers beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The rooms are spacious and cozy, providing the perfect retreat after a day of exploring Leh. I stayed at Hotel Palam Hill during my trip to Ladakh and had a wonderful experience. Before my arrival, I contacted several hotels via WhatsApp regarding transportation to Zanskar, but none replied—except the owner of Palam Hill. He was extremely helpful, assisting me with information about shared taxis, private taxis, and guiding me through the process. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a lovely garden full of flowers. The room was spacious, airy, and very comfortable. I was welcomed with tea, and the staff were warm and genuinely friendly throughout my stay. The only downside was that there was no hot water for showering. Overall, a highly recommended place, especially if you’re looking for great hospitality and helpful support during your journey in Leh.

Just completed my trip to Leh, Ladakh This hotel was good. I'll stay there when i return. Rooms are nice, clean. However, the heaters are available in some rooms The staffs were nice and helpful. I like the way they care about customers and bring the hot bag to our room. Palam Hills has a large yard with so beautiful tree Breakfast was fine
