Hotel Castle Rock

Hi we stayed this hotel for 2 days. their Staff is very kind and helpful. breakfast and dinner both are too good. Overall we can prefer for middle class best hotel in pahalgam. Thanks for Everything Shabeer brother.

The location is Fab..After being a bollywood enthusiast, and from a middle class family, i found this place.. its already heaven but finding a place so good in heaven is rare.. grand rooms, great facility and room service .every thing is great..but the best part is the view from room..u ll die for it..trust me.. let me share some pictures from my stay

It was bad experience in castle rock hotel. Poor hospitality. Food is not good. Even less breakfast was given. Toilet was so dirty and uncleaned. Very bad warm water. Networks issue dua to electricity. not recommended this hotel.

I stayed here two days during our Kashmir trip in first week of May-24 and first I would like to clarify that it is not hotel but kind of low budget guest house. Service is ok ok but there is no hygeiness at all. In my two days stay most of time power was not there and generator were running and because of that smoke was coming to room directly. When we complain about this then hotel Manager called us and talk arrogantly and saying that this is the only service we can provide insted you should select five star hotel and all.. There is no much option for Breakfast and Dinner...whatever they served you have to eat and taste is also ok ok.. If possible stay away and try to get other option if possible also in that same area opposite to river number of good hotels are there.

Best place. Hygienic rooms. Tasty food. Best view from the balcony. Mr. Shabbir, manager is very nice.

Awesome moments. Good hospitality by Mr. Musharraf. Room heater, hot water available. Food was awesome. Electricity failure was an issue but was taken care of by back-up electricity generators. Thank you Hotel Castle Rock team.

I stayed in this hotel on 7th July for one night... The lights of the room were not working and there was no arrangement for hot water, the telephone wire was cut so if we had to say something, we had to go from the 3rd floor to the 1st floor. they gave me spoiled paneer for dinner and the chicken was raw and their breakfast was very bad Their service was very bad. If I asked someone for something he would either not respond or if he did then it would be after some hours....If there is a room in the package then either change the room or don't take the package

The Hotel Castle Rock is extremely dirty and poorly managed. The rooms and the bed sheets had stains There were issues with water issue , Wi-Fi connectivity issue ,housekeeping issue and noise issue The customer service was very very poor
