Made a reservation for 3 rooms via Booking, drove 3h from Srinagar, arrived only to be told that the hotel was full and he has no online reservations. I showed him the email confirmation only to be told that it does not matter and that he does not care. Stay away from this place unless you want to deal with rude and nonchalant staff and end up having to look for a place to stay at the last minute and having to pay more money.
