OYO Resort

White Water Resort, located at the bank of Leather River, has a pretty impressive exterior, especially at night; the rooms are small but cosy with central heating. |The location is ideal for the summer stay when river rafting would be in full swing. Right now, in November, I could get a clear view of the mountaineous skyline from the room and be happy . The dinner was good with paneer, chicken, mushroom soup, steamed rice, dal, and carrot halwa. Single Kashmiri dish, Waza Turnip, was tasty and soft but dipped in oil. |What is not in favour: in the room, the WiFi played truant during most of our overnight stay; had to go to the reception or be in the restaurant to make calls or send messages. Sadly, there were two houseflies in the room which I had to kill. |Staff were generally courteous. |A mix of good and bad. For an overnight stay, I would still recommend the place for its location, warm rooms, and delicious meals. |

Do not book this property at all, worst experience ever. The GM ( mr javaid) is very rude, he don’t care about anything, he just want money. worst experience, rude and uneducated (GM) was reacting like fools.The hospitality from the general manager ( javaid ) is totally deficient and lacks the basic decorum of how guests should be treated and handled. Overall it's a good hotel. Staff was friendly and accommodative. Rooms were very clean and bathrooms are modern with good fittings. Breakfast buffet was excellent.

The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. I particularly enjoyed the comfortable bed and the stunning view from my window. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and dining options.||The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious choices, and the on-site restaurant provided a lovely atmosphere for dinner.||Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area. I look forward to returning!

It was great staying at White Water Resort. The location is good very near to the Lidder river. We are the group of 11 adults (3 families) for 2 nights, we have taken a plan with breakfast and dinner. The manager Javed was very helpful. The food was delicious and the staff was very cooperative. Altogether best place to stay in Pahalgam.

A very unpleasant experience ... unprofessional staff... just a fancy place other than that the behaviour of the staff is very unwelcoming... we just stayed for a day .. thank God... they will make u feel conscious and keep staring as if you are aliens ... very very very bad experience plz don't get fooled by the fancy looking place .. There are many such places In pahalgam v made a mistake by booking here plz look out for some other place .. ... food is also pathetic ....

Problems occur in Winters because there is no restaurant other than hotel one. Hotels in pahalgam is best option for it.

Location was wrong. Its 15 kms before Pahalgam. No internet. Disappointing. But the hotel is good.
