Moon View Resorts Pahalgam

I had a very bad experience here. The staff are not at all cooperative. The room heater as well as tge water heater was off and there was no proper water supply. Eventhough the rooms were of good size it was not at all comfortable. Also the wifi is slow.

Rooms were small, smelly and dinghy. The bathroom taps were continuously leaking. Additional mattress provided for the child was burnt with cigarette and smelt of tobacco. The bedsheets were crumbled and dirty. On request to change the bedsheets, the staff put some perfume and got it back. We were forced to remove the additional mattress and adjusted in the bed itself. We requested for an early breakfast but the staff gave us cold bread with butter and jam which seemed to be prepared a day early. Location is good along the river and has a nice lawn in front.

This hotel room and room service is very good. And I like this resort and the location. Every one can stay here very peacefully. Every people behaviour very good
