Hotel Patnitop by EMT

Worst hotel and experience the worst stay here. Main receptionist staff is very rude. Over charged. I stay for 1 day my breakfast was included in the package but i have to checkout at 7am so i requested for give breakfast at the day of arrival but they denied, this kind of experience i never have experienced and they charged for first day breakfast and i paid for 1 day breakfast. Please do not stay here.

Very filthy rooms, service is ok but not upto the mark. Geyser was not working. Wifi connection is poor. Only positive thing is location, wich is good & view from room is very good 👍. Poor housekeeping.

A great hotel centrally located in patnitop, easily reachable, nice beautiful scenaric view from hotel room, cordial hotel staff and needless to mention the helpful behavior of owner Mr Manish. Fully recommend this property whether you visit with family or friends.

The place is good but the room facilities and the staff behaviour is exceptionally poor and I believe that the same is only for Agoda Customers as they get very less amount towards their booking. I already had breakfast included in the package but as I had to leave at 6 am for vaishnodevi so I requested the hotel manager (terrible and horrifying looking guy) for adjusting the same towards high tea or atleast give complimentary tea a day before but he refused bluntly and very rudely. Customer Service Definition is silent with such hotel people and I find it surprising Agoda not checking such things .... I won't recommend this place to anyone at all....

Nice hotel with good location near taxi stand and main chowk of Patnitop. Patnitop park, youth park is at walking distance.. Service provided by Mr.Hansraj is top class. If you are staying in this hotel just contact Mr.Hansraj he will be at your service any time. I liked the food as well....
