HOTEL MIR RESIDENCY

WORST HOTEL!!! there was power cut, no water, basin n commode was broken, inspite of geyser there was no hot water, for a family of 4 we got only 1 towel n 1 small soap for 5days stay. Pathetic staff when I pointed out the problems I was facing the owner back answered me. Worst hotel ever.... guys please never ever go here. It'll ruin your kashmir vacation.

Not hygienic rooms, staff was very rude, bad service, before payment they are very nice but after payment their behaviour changes completely, we have to take our luggage to car by out own, worst behaviour worst service, bad experience

Worst service provided by Mir Residency they don’t even have soap in bathroom and the Mug was also broken and there was only one light in the room and lots of light issue

Best rates one can ever get at most prime location of Srinagar i.e. Dal Lake. Its literally few seconds walk and you are at tourist attraction.
