In terms of amenities like geyser, heated bed electric kettle all deserve 5 star View from room is premium. Wifi is way too slow. But service deserve 1 star,how many times you call reception for either plates cups either you will get it way too late or you will not receive it only... Even for daily room service you have to request like anything So if you are only expecting view and amenities then DUKE is good unless not.

I stayed at this hotel from November 24th to 26th, and it was a very disappointing experience. The room given to us was in terrible condition, with barely any WiFi speed. We had to change rooms just to get internet access. The food was subpar and not good at all. On the last day, they even charged us for a water bottle, despite the lack of proper water facilities throughout our stay. Despite reading some reviews beforehand, I booked this hotel, only to find everything was dull and unwelcoming. The outside appearance may look appealing, but don’t be fooled. The management of this hotel is incredibly poor, and the overall experience was pathetic. Adding to this, there was a complete lack of proper amenities that one would expect from a decent hotel. The staff was unhelpful and seemed indifferent to our concerns. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was below standard. It was an utterly disappointing experience, and I would advise anyone considering a stay here to look elsewhere. This hotel needs a serious overhaul in both management and service quality. I strongly advise against staying here if you want a pleasant and well-managed accommodation.

We stayed in this hotel for 4 days. From 27th October to 1st November. Alhamdulillah the hotel is very good. The location is very good. Dal lake in front of the hotel and is close to the restaurants. The hospitality of the hotel is very good. The staff is very good, the food is very good and the chef there makes very delicious 😋 food and is available all the time. . We are coming late for breakfast and dinner. By food I mean overall good location, affordable price and the staff is very very good.

Location - Awesome Staff - Awesome Food - Awesome Overall our experience was good at this hotel, we stayed for 3 nights which had breakfast and dinner included. Special shout-out to Owais, he takes care of Food n serving in dining hall.. all the other members were sweet and professional..

The experience was good. The housekeeping and the staff at the breakfast was very helping. I loved the hotel but a bit of inconvenience was caused for the the bedding for which we payed 2000 rupees but we were not provided with the bedding. Overall experience was nice. During the Breakfast, we were greeted very politely and every need was fulfilled there. The staff was very good.

It was the best one in Kashmir so far and have a great time with house keeping (Junaid) who helped at every step. The food here was amazing both breakfast and dinner and everything seemed perfect. Akeel,Rafiq,Abid,Waquar have also been on great help for all the other activities

Don't ever stay here with my family. During checking in , I found that couple of guests are complaining at reception regarding various issues. I regret to say that Hotel Duke fell short of expectations. During my stay, I encountered several issues that were quite disappointing. The staff's behavior was rude and unprofessional, leading to a very poor service experience overall. There were also challenges with power backup, which made the stay uncomfortable. Additionally, there were management issues that need to be addressed, particularly concerning Mr. Suhail. It is important for the management of Hotel Duke to reevaluate their policies and improve their service quality to ensure a better experience for guests in the future.

Hotel was below average. The rooms were smelly with dirty bed sheets and towels. Bathrooms were damp and unclean. No ventilation in some rooms and the staff was unfriendly with very limited food options and time restriction.
