Had mixed experiences here, but overall a good spot to spend a night or two in Srinagar. Staff was good, courteous and helpful. Room service could be better but it was manageable. Heating in the room is attached to the bed and you must get clear understanding from the staff how to use it, they are helpful and guide you.. food was amazing and kitchen guys are very helpful. They prepared separate meals for my kid so it's kid friendly as well.

My experience here is kinda mixed. Rooms are not quite good but not terrible either. I stayed in this hotel on December, it was almost peak winter. They have problem of water Being frozen, which is a problem everywhere i guess. Good thing is they provide both bed warmer and room heater. Bad thing is their staffs are almost non responsive and will not provide anything if not specifically asked by you. And pushes for tips, which is uncomfortable to some extent. Not terrible but not recommended either. If you have better option go for it but if you don't, can give it a try. Hotel owner/manager is a good guy. If you face any issue, talk to him directly and he will resolve the issue.

The staff is too cooperative. Rooms are really nice and about the food- that is indeed amazing. Adil, Amir & Shakeel, these were assigned to take care of us and their service is really mesmerizing. |I will definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Rooms were spacious and clean it's a new property. It's near to dal lake, but a bit interior |road. very good service specially Aamir was too good at service. |Very patiently served us. |Breakfast and dinner was very tasty and hygiene too. Overall a very good stay.

No space for parking, not for a single car. Worst room service and hotel service. We were group of 28 people and we wanted to leave early and we asked for breakfast but they denied to give proper breakfast at 7 am, Eventhough, we asked for bread and butter, eggs and tea, but they said they denied Then got to know that they dont have any cook to cook breakfast. This js height of their customer service attitude. Please avoid this hotel.

General manager Rayees and manager mysir is very coprative And staff is very good Salman ah Akhther ah Adil ah Shakeel ah Amir ah Great location, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I hope to be back for this hotel

The best part of the hotel ( West Inn ) is that in a budget hotel. The hotel is been situated 300m from Dal lake gate no 15. The chef and the attendants were good. Amenities were good .We have stayed almost 3 nights over here. Will recommend this hotel for your for your Next Kashmir trip with friends and family.
