Heritage Luxury is in a good, quiet & convenient location quite close to the airport with Modern sweets nearby where walnut tart was very good. The service in the front bldg of Heritage Luxury is far better than the behind one. Food was decent and the service in the dinning hall was good with friendly caring staff. The rooms in the back bldg are big and more new & modern looking. But there were certain issues like no hot water during the stipulated times, irregular water supply , dinning issues, non working flush( room no. 204). We got shifted next day to the front bldg to room 206 which was also big and comfortable for 3 adults. The room heater was very good for the cold winter. Small nittigrities like the soap dish in the bathroom was dislodged which can be overlooked. Water supply can be more hotter in consistency during the stipulated timings than it was since the weather was quite cold. But all in all a good experience at the hotel and would recommend.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The check-in process was smooth, and I was greeted with a friendly smile. The room was beautifully designed, offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The staff was very attentive, and the housekeeping team made sure everything was perfect. I especially appreciated the quick response to my requests. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.” The food here was amazing! I had the steak for dinner, and it was cooked to perfection—tender and juicy. The sides were equally impressive, with fresh vegetables and flavorful mashed potatoes. The presentation of each dish was also impeccable. Had an amazing stay at the Heritage Luxury. Not only were the rooms well maintained their hospitality is great . Really impressed with the FnB staff ( specially Mr Danish ) and room service guys as well They were warm polite and professional throughout. Thank you guys for making our stay so fulfilling. Definitely returning to this property if ever I visit Srinagar again

"I had an amazing stay at hotel heritage luxury From the moment I reached, the rooms was clean and beautifully decorated, with all the facilities. I had spend 3 days in their hotel and I feel very much relax in their hotel. I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring I had a restful night's sleep. The hotel’s location was perfect.Their staff have very good nature, good facilities provided by staff specially Faisal and Aamir. Their food is also so delicious.
