Hotel Silicon

We had a great stay at silicon hotel on 26 jan 2025. The room was clean and tidy. All facilities like hot water ,blanket, heater, bed heater etc were provided. The caretaker Bahadur bhai was humble and helpful. Fully satisfied with the room,service and amenities......

The hotel is nice and comfy. The beds are nice. Carpets everywhere, so you wont feel the cold much if you are planning to go in winter. The food was excellent. The housekeeper there cooks the food whatever we ask and it is reasonable. The one thing that worries is the road to the hotel. The hotel is a bit inside from the main road and the turning to the hotel is a bit tricky if you are planning to go by car. Parking facility is there but be careful while you take your turn to the hotel.

Had a bad experience. Booked a room through Agoda for 700 rupees. When I arrived the manager could not see the booking so he asked for 1.500 rupees. I checked my bank and had not been charged yet so we just ended up leaving because the room was not 1.500 rupees worth. 2 hours later I check my bank and I am charged 700 rupees through Agoda. I ask the manager to refund me. But he tells me it’s not possible and says who else will pay for the booked room.

Worst experience.. I had booked this hotel from Agoda, when reach there they said no rooms available. Ask me to call customer care in midway with my luggage. Upon asking they said we were already sold out but even though no rooms Agoda had booked and give us Confirmation of confirm booking. Agoda had refunded us full amount, but at the end no recommended Agoda.

Comfortable stay , high quality low price . Hospitable staff with good etiquettes and manners . All facilities available round the clock .
