Very Bad and Late Service,NO GEYSER.There is a centralized heating system which is available in every room two times a day.non bearable for tourists. The hotel owner should look after this and provide sufficient hot water. It's a very much needed thing in a cold atmosphere for tourists. Without these rooms are very well .

All the staffs are very bad and rude. Unclean room and bathroom. This hotel will destroy your kashmir tour. Better ever stay on road instead of this hotel. Don't stay in this hotel with family. Service desk manager don't even know how to behave with people. Choice is yours.

I have experienced the service of this hotel and I can say that this is one of the best hotel of Kashmir.., the food, people and the staff all are very kind nd polite and the service is extremely good! If you're planning to visit Kashmir.. please do come this hotel and enjoy the services of this hotel

The room was very clean.|Service was excellent. |Everyone was very helpful. |Food was equally good. |Would suggest this place to others as well as we had a very peaceful stay here.|Child friendly atmosphere as well.|It was also in the centre of the city so we had access to many landmarks around.

Service and the desk person were too rude and there is no wifi available in rooms and even they didn't provided water they said you have to pay for the water bottle. It is worst thing even homestay's provide free water
