I have experienced the service of this hotel and I can say that this is one of the best hotel of Kashmir.., the food, people and the staff all are very kind nd polite and the service is extremely good! The room was very clean.|Service was excellent. |Everyone was very helpful. |Food was equally good. |Would suggest this place to others as well as we had a very peaceful stay here.|Child friendly atmosphere as well.|It was also in the centre of the city so we had access to many landmarks around.

Service and the desk person were too rude and there is no wifi available in rooms and even they didn't provided water they said you have to pay for the water bottle. It is worst thing even homestay's provide free water

Rooms are good, staff is helpful - syed jafar particularly. Food service can be improved a lot better and hot water is available only in the morning

The staff are the most hospitable and accommodating. They cater to all your needs and problems very efficiently. Food served is very homely and nice. We spent 7 nights at the property and it felt like a home away from home

THIS IS NOT A THREE STAR HOTEL. We went there as a group of 17 and it is the worst place all of us have ever stayed at. The rooms were big enough but was poorly maintained. The staff was extremely rude. They did not have towles in the bathroom and we had to ask them more than ten times before they gave us something as basic as towels. They have hot water only from 6am to 7am in the morning and imagine how we felt after having traveled there for more than 24 hours! It is impossible to take a cold shower when the weather is already too cold and the person at the front desk not only refused to turn on the geyser but also gave us advice on the right time take a bath. Prepaid sims don't work in Kashmir and we were completely dependent on the hotel wifi. You can access wifi only if you sit in the lobby and even then the staff are reluctant to share the password. On top of that, they turn it off at 12am and wil be extremely rude to you even if you need internet for urgent matters such as work. They also don't do basic services such as cleaning your room, clearing waste, changing sheets and towels and providing drinking water and the newspaper. You will have to beg them if you need hot water to drink and sometimes they will straightaway say no. When I asked for toilet paper they gave me a years -old roll that had mould on it. These are only some of my personal experiences. Suffice to say staying at any other hotel in Srinagar will be better than staying here.
