Our stay at this property was absolutely delightful! 1. The staff was incredibly cordial and promptly attended to all our needs, making our experience seamless. 2. The food was both hygienic and delicious, exceeding our expectations. 3. The rooms were cozy, providing the perfect comfort in Srinagar’s chilly weather. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal, making it easy to explore all the key attractions in Srinagar. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the city!

Title: Terrible Experience – Not Worth the Stay I recently stayed at this hotel and honestly, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked into the room, it was clear that the place was poorly maintained. The room itself was very shabby, with outdated furniture and a general sense of neglect. But the worst part was the smell coming from the bathroom. There was a persistent, unpleasant odor that seemed to be coming from the toilet area, which made it almost impossible to feel comfortable. Despite raising the issue with the front desk, nothing was done to address it. The cleanliness was also questionable. The room didn’t look thoroughly cleaned, and there were stains on the carpet. For the price I paid, I expected much better. I’ve stayed at far better places for less money. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a huge letdown, and I’ll be looking elsewhere next time I’m in the area. Definitely not worth the money or the hassle

Rooms were relatively small and was jam packed once the extra bed was provided. Staff was very helpful and changed our room to a bigger room for keeping the extra bed for the child. They even helped in repairing the geyser at a short notice. Staff was highly energetic and provided us with breakfast in the morning since we had to depart early.

We were a group of 7 people here in Sir Nagar, Kashmir for a tour, and we had our hotel bookings here at Hotel Kaisar. Had a great stay. The cleanliness, the decor, service of hotel staff, and most importantly, the rooms of the hotel are really good. At the reception, Mr. Mehraj greeted us well and we had a great interaction with him throughout our stay. The food served here was delicious the service staff Mr. Zaid and Mr. Musaib were really jolly and provided a really good service. I would highly recommend Hotel Kaisar for your stay during your tour of Kashmir.

Location was good at a very peaceful place. Service was also good. Room is sufficient for couple with AC and geyser facility. Located at a prime location. Overall satisfied with hotel
