The hotel had a welcoming atmosphere with friendly and attentive staff. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with modern The breakfast buffet had a great variety of delicious options. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay—highly recommended!

Amazing location . A premium houseboat with all the modern day facilities. The rooms are clean and nicely done. The house boat gives you premium and heritage feel. The food is homely don't expect anything fancy. But the staffs are co-operative they’ll arrange anything you require.

My recent trip to Kashmir was nothing short of spectacular! A special thanks to Mr. Bilal for organizing our trip so wonderfully. Our driver was incredibly accommodating, even when we asked to change the itinerary. The serene beauty of the region, combined with their excellent service, made our visit truly unforgettable. Very nice beautiful and comfortable, hospitality was nice staff members behaved very well and the food the rooms and bathrooms were clean and hygienic and they took us to shikara ride which was also very nice and the view was stunning, they also provided us heater in the lounge and dining area.

The stay was comfortable. Staff was supportive and prompt with service. food was homely. Would reccomend staying here. View was good from the waiting area of the Houseboat. Heater in the room made our stay comfortable and they had a backup generator when the power went off.
