Rooms are clean and decent. Just one drawback that electricity went off in light at room became cold. But thanks to Amin, he helped during that time by bringing hot water bags and nice tea. Boat is pretty new and perfect location. Sure go for it.

Clean & spacious room. The heater is definitely hot & sink water tasted like lake water. Great dinner & average breakfast. Suitable for couples or group travellers

This houseboat was very nice. Big rooms. Clean and luxurious bathrooms. However a better water pressure would have been good. Service was also good though it could have been more prompt at times. Airport service was provided without any problems. Good location near the opening of Dalago New We had very good time staying at the house boat. Decore and ambiance is very good. The staff was supportive and caring.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel/houseboat. Unfortunately, my experience fell far below expectations due to several issues: Heater Malfunction: I was charged extra for the heater, which turned off automatically every 1.5 to 2 hours. Despite calling you for repairs, it continued to malfunction, leaving me unable to sleep comfortably throughout the night. Additional Charges for Hot Water: I was charged extra for drinking hot water, which was both inconvenient and unexpected. Poor Breakfast Quality: The breakfast provided was of very low quality and far from acceptable standards. Lack of Basic Amenities: My room did not have an electric kettle or complimentary drinking water, which are basic amenities that should be provided to guests. Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend booking a houseboat based on my stay.

Place was decent to stay. Dinner was good. Showkat took care us very well. Water heater was really good also at night room has AC heater. Good place to stay in Sri Nagar

It was a first time experience staying in a House boat and I have to say it was worth it. The rooms, common area and the washroom were neat and clean. Shaukat has been very helpful and the service was on point. Thanks Showkat

We stayed here for a night in Dal Lake Srinagar. It is a new boat house and very well maintained. Our room was delux. But got upgraded to Luxury. It has hot water, tv and all facilities. Warm a cozy rooms. Staff is very friendly and nice. Food is served as per choice and warm. It has nice view outside. Would definitely recommend.

It was a really first time nice experience with Montreel houseboats. The staff is extremely cooperative and supportive. The rooms are neat and clean. The food was good too. Menu prices were high though understandably it's a tourist place. Night view is awesome and peaceful.
