Houseboat New world

For the past 20/21 years, we have been visiting Kashmir with family and friends. We always stay for 5/6 days on the "New World Houseboat" in Dal Lake, Srinagar. The atmosphere is very homely. The owners of the houseboat and their family are cooperative, friendly, and hospitable. The breakfast and dinner are excellent. The cleanliness and facilities are very good. They promptly address any of our suggestions or complaints. They take great care of the customers. We have had a very positive experience at New World Houseboat, which is why we always choose to stay here.

Great hospitality! Mr. Amir is an excellent host who made sure that we had no problem during our stay. He is very well behaved, cordial and extremely helpful and welcomed us with open arms. I highly recommend staying here for a night.

The houseboat is impeccably clean, especially the washrooms with a Jacuzzi and 24-hour hot water. The dining hall and common area are beautifully decorated with artistic carpets and painted tables. Special thanks to Ameer for his prompt assistance and local market knowledge, which was invaluable for organizing a boat shikara ride. His calm and helpful demeanor enhanced our stay. The homely breakfast and dinner were delicious. My room was comfortable, with hygienic blankets and towels. Houseboat New World offers a serene experience with excellent amenities and service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Dal Lake!
