“Our experience on the houseboat was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we stepped on board, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a beautifully maintained boat. The interiors were cozy, clean, and well-equipped, making it feel like a floating home. The scenic view was breathtaking. The staff was incredibly attentive, ensuring we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The meals served on board were delicious, with a variety of freshly prepared local dishes that truly enhanced the experience.

Great location in comparison to other house boat and very cozy ambience. The caretaker MR Tariq is very polite and efficient in his work. The food was freshly prepared according to our food preference. Overall it’s a very nice place to stay. Definitely recommended.

I had worst experience in heevan houseboat . I had spent 4 days in Kashmir with 3 different hotel and I got best experience, where as on 5th day I opt for house boat with same expectation, but what I received was worst than anyone can imagine. Room - room heating is not working throughout stay and we had to spent night in -4 degree, staff response on this is not satisfactory. Hot water - No hot water in washroom, inspite of multiple ask no response from staff. Food - inspite of proper instruction to use less salt , got worst food. While asked for hot water, corporation water with chemical smell served. Concluding my review on this house boat, its better to opt for other houseboat.

I recently stayed at Heaven Houseboat, and my experience was quite mixed. Firstly, the ambience is undeniably lovely. The surroundings are serene and the boat itself has a charming and peaceful atmosphere that truly makes you feel like you're in a different world. The views from the houseboat are breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset. However, the rooms and washrooms left much to be desired. The rooms were not as clean or well-maintained as one would expect for the price, and the washrooms were below average in terms of hygiene and functionality. This significantly affected the overall comfort of the stay. Service was another major drawback. The staff, while polite, were not very efficient or attentive to guest needs. Response times were slow, and we often had to remind them multiple times about our requests. Additionally, the food options were quite limited. For the price we paid, we expected a better variety and quality of meals. The lack of choices was disappointing, and the food itself was mediocre at best. Overall, while the ambience of Heaven Houseboat is fantastic, the lack of quality in the rooms, washrooms, service, and food options makes it not worth the money. I hope the management takes these points into consideration to improve the overall experience for future guests.

The ambience was awesome also the food and location was very good. The caretaker Mr. Gulan bhai ka mehmannawazi I have no word to express my happiness. This is my 3rd visit to Kashmir and I have never experienced such good feelings.
