Hotel Aroma

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Aroma! The location is excellent — just about 300 meters from Dalghat 0, easily walkable. There are plenty of good food options nearby as well, all within walking distance, which made it super convenient for us. The rooms are clean and comfortable. If you’re planning to stay, I highly recommend booking the Deluxe Room on the first floor — it offers a scenic mountain view right from the balcony! Waking up to that view was truly refreshing. The outdoor spaces around the hotel also let you enjoy the beautiful mountain landscape. The tariff is very reasonable for the quality and service provided. Rouf bhai, the host, is incredibly caring and friendly. Even when we stayed at a different location for part of our trip, he still tried to help us out. The hotel staff are equally attentive and courteous, always ready to assist. Hotel Aroma offers family rooms, deluxe rooms, and standard rooms, making it a great choice if you’re traveling with family. Overall, we had a great experience here. If you’re planning a trip with your family, you can definitely go for it!

My stay with family in Hotel Aroma in the month of November 2024 was completely relaxing and awesome. The rooms are enough spacious. They don't have any kitchen facility so you have to rely on outside eateries for your meals. Their open garden adds to the beauty of this hotel. Overall I will say it's a decent stay.

Very nice place to stay in Kashmir... affordable and cozy home like feeling....very nice and friendly staff very helpful people arround there good guidance and personalised care and warmth felt... especially Mir rouf, he is very kind and helpful he gave very keen guidance and it really felt like being at home with people who are very nice... everyone arround there in the hotel were also very polite and friendly. Loved the ambience and really felt like at home...with the proper guidance without any issues of being careful of coming accross fraudulents or such people as being a tourist...overall this place is a must visit whenever in Kashmir and the best place both economically and to get the feeling of being at home yet enjoy the beautiful places in and around srinagar

My experience is amazing with hotel aroma as it’s a affordable price hotel and located near dal lake the staff is very responsible and helpful provide all amenities special thanks to the manager of the hotel Mr Rouf he is very helpful and a very kind nature person help us alot must visit hotel if you are planning for kashmir .

My stay at Aroma Hotel at srinagar was exceptional. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was welcoming and helpful. Our Deluxe Room was spotless and very comfortable, with an amazing city view. The garden and the complimentary breakfast offered a great variety. The customer service was excellent. The hotel exceeded our expectations with its luxurious feel and outstanding amenities. I highly recommend Hotel Aroma for anyone visiting Srinagar, whether for business or leisure. We stayed here for 3 nights. The staff is quite professional and attentive. Rooms are clean, spacious. Wood work and the interior is so cozy. The highlight of this hotel is centralized heating facility and 24 hours hot water facility. I would surely recommend everyone to visit and stay here and experience the hospitality and great service at hotel Aroma. The manager was so good very supportive.
