Houseboat Heevan

The houseboat located at excellent location with breathtaking views of Dal Lake.The rooms are large sized and well designed. The hospitality is also great. Limited food options. No hot water for bath in morning 🥶 and electricity cut issues. We can't charge our mobile phones due to that. Only 1 bottle for each room is provided rest chargeable. Even extra tea is also chargeable.

The hospitality of Mr Siraj is fantastic. He took very good care of us. We booked two rooms for two families (total seven members). The houseboat is of premium quality and had all amenities. I recommend it 100%. The quality of food was awesome and the view of lake is very good. It was towards front side of Dal Lake.

The houseboat is located at a great location with an excellent view. The room was quite large and well designed. The caretaker/manager Mr. Siraj made our stay very memorable. He was very supportive and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again when we come again to Kashmir to cover places that were missed this time.

The Heevan House Boat room was clean, spacious, and had a great view. The staff were friendly, We loved the modern and Royal decor and comfortable beds. The Dinner buffet was also impressive. Thank you Anjuman for organising for us.

Fantastic stay in Heevan Houseboat. Lovely, caring and supportive staff. Room was clean and specious for family and kids. Amazing view from the houseboat and it's location is extremely great and very pieceful. Their pick and drop facility by local shikara gives you more chances to explore Dal lake. Food was tasty and delicious. I recommend this boat to all the visitors. 5/5 stars from my side. Cheers🥂

We had a great time at the HB. The staff was cordial. The dinner and breakfast was too good. We really enjoyed our stay. The room was big and warm. But what was striking was the hospitality... always a smile in the face. The location was terrific... far from the other HB .. peaceful place with lots of open water.

Heevan Houseboat – A Beautiful Experience Our stay at Heevan Houseboat was simply amazing! The interiors were stunning, showcasing traditional Kashmiri craftsmanship with a touch of luxury. The food was delicious, with every dish tasting like home-cooked perfection. The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, especially Shaireez ji, who made our stay extra special with his kindness and hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kashmir!
