Excellent service and behavior. Clean. Delicious meals. From Chef to the owner, everyone is nice and humble. I came from Bangladesh. They treated me as their own relative. Highly recommendable 👍👍

I recently had a visit for stay at this place. It happens to be a newly built property. Hospitality, including the food ( designed by vakar) and stay was upto the mark. I would be glad to stay at this place. Shahid is another kind guy who made our experience pretty smooth at the place. Cheers!

The rooms are clean here with all tge facilities like AC and hot water provice. Service staff is also very friendly. The quality of food served was good with different options in menu.

Very nice accommodation, All staff are very cooperative. The owner of the property is also very nice and helpful. Specially kitchen services are very nice, we had good breakfast and dinner. The owner of the property is also very cooperative in nature. Must experience with this property.

Did not have good start to my trip. I made reservation online, at arrrival was greeted by owner Nadeem Butt, he escorted us to the room. We paid for 2 queen beds and he gave us one king size bed which was not enough for our party of 3. When asked to switch the room he denied. We asked for refund so we can go come place else and he said there is no refund policy. He lacks professionalism.

We recently visited this hotel...it was a great experience with Tanveer bhai and all the other staff of BUTT VILLA, we really felt like family..they all have great hospitality..food quality was superb..we enjoyed our stay..

Just stayed at this place...one of the best hotels I have stayed at...all the services they have provided were amazing!!!..the people who work there were really cool and amazing made me feel at home....Vakar (chef),Tanveer(manager), Shahid...these 3 were like the elite trio of this place...the food that was prepared by vakar for us was just too good i couldn't get enough of it ...and Tanveer and Shahid were sweet and kind aswell the service and care they've provided was great... everything was top notch...the location was really peaceful...had a goodnight sleep but it's disappointing that I could only stay one night...I'd definitely suggest people to visit this place once they're srinagar...I've also met both the owners of this place..man i gotta tell you they're were definitely one of the sweetest of people I've met...I wish i could like stay a few more days ... thankyou management for taking good care of us...❤️

Stay was clean, food was tasty, hospitality number 1 and staff was helpful. Overall excellent stay experience. Would love to revisit again
