Moghal Mahal

I recently stayed at Moghal Mahal in Srinagar, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I feel compelled to share my feedback so that both the management and potential guests are aware of the issues I encountered. Unfriendly Staff: The hospitality was severely lacking, with staff members displaying unhelpful and unwelcoming behavior. Rather than assisting guests, their attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. Overpriced and Poor Value for Money: The rates charged were exorbitant, especially considering the lack of basic services and overall quality of stay. No Proper Services: Essential services such as WiFi were not working, and I was unexpectedly asked to pay extra for it. Additionally, food services were not up to standard, and again, additional charges were imposed unexpectedly. Unexpected Extra Charges: Throughout the stay, there was a constant push for extra payments. During checkout, multiple additional charges were added without prior information, making the final bill significantly higher than expected. The demand for immediate payments made the experience even more unpleasant. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with my stay and would not recommend this hotel to others unless significant improvements are made in customer service, transparency in pricing, and basic hospitality standards. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works towards a better guest experience.

This place is just Home away Home, Rooms were amazing, it was an peaceful environment, where it was completely silence and we could enjoy the moments and Good Sleep, Food was an just amazing. It tastes really home made food. And service was apt and to the point. Highly recommended for this place.

We had the best experience possible in Moghal Mahal to start our Kashmir 2024 trip. We stayed in the Suite room which is royal and very spacious. The service and hospitality is outstanding from each and every staff we came across during our stay. Special thanks Mr. Ashram from Room Service who made sure we felt like home and served us with delicious Kashmiri cuisine. I would have rated more if it was possible. Thanks Team Moghal Mahal for providing a memorable experience.

We stayed here for 2 days .. the property is Light, airy and very spacious...very welcoming atmosphere. The staff specially Mr. Ashraf were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us. The breakfasts were amazing

Very good room and comfortable stay very polite staff and helpful staff. We feel like home very good breakfast. But only I found a big problem if we call for the taxi service it's was charged expensive like From airport to hotel it's Ra. 800 but from hotel we got for Rs 1200 and from hotel to Pahalgam it's Rs.2800 Hotel charges were 3500. They have Travel Desk office out of j&k they Charged very high because of Comission expensive travelling fare .

The hotel, the rooms, the location, the kindness of the staff here, everything is amazing ! Mohmmad Ashraf and his team really helped us with the smallest inconvenience and made sure we have a beautiful stay!
