HOTEL GRAND HABIB

We stayed for 65 nights and felt at home. Prompt service, good food, staff is very cooperative and served delicious Jain food according to our Taste. Easy accessibility and well maintained hotel.

This hotel service is very bad. And hotel management also very poor. We had alot of problems there. It was very cold but their room heater was not working. They give hot water only in the morning and evening. So if you want to take a shower during the day then you have to use cold water. I suggest everyone not to go to grand Habib.

Hotel is good however it is not a 3 Star hotel. Cleanliness can be maintained a little more in the washroom.. heating system is only provided in the bed during winters and extra heater only for senior citizens. It is far from the market and not much good place to eat near the hotel.

Hotel rooms and food were very low standards. The attitude of the staff is rough.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel is under renovation though rooms and amenities are ok. Extra bed and bed heaters were provided and hot water in the bathroom for limited only. Breakfast and dinner was up to the mark and different menu everyday. We had one bizarre experience, hotel's all the gates remain locked from outside throughout the night, not a single service number was answered in early morning even no service staff resides in the hotel at night time. That happened on the day when we wanted to leave early. We had informed the manager about our early checkout one day prior. In case of emergency you cannot go outside the hotel until someone from staff unlocks the door from outside.

We went in Dec 2022, the hotel is located at center in Srinagar. Our stay was quite good. It is safe for family and kids. The food was great. Breakfast dinner and service was also good. I would recommend this place for the people who are going with family.

We stayed here for one night. Room is small. The first surprise we got, there was not any intercom in the room. I have to come down and ask the manager to get an intercom. You will not get 24x7 hot water. You will get it only for few hours. The staffs are careless. We fall from the bed, as it was not assembled properly and just escaped an accident. The house keeping service is not also good as we have to call twice to get an extra blanket. The food is also below average. Please try to avoid staying in this hotel.
