Best hospitality in Srinagar very good food with good sevices special thanks to restaurant team and ms munisa for their hospitality. Hotel is very good but occupancy is very low which is understood because of the incident. Will recommend this hotel regenta central Srinagar to all travellers because of neat and clean rooms with good amenities in room . Keep it up will surely come back to regenta central Srinagar in our next visit to kashmir

One of the best hotel in Srinagar as yatra is on the standard hotels are having low occupancy but still will recommend this hotel regenta central srinagar to all travellers planning to visit srinagar because of their hospitality . We really enjoyed our stay nice good and clean rooms with good amenities. Restaurant staffs very good. Special thanks to Ms munisa at reception for warm welcome . Overall good experience.

We booked this place by seeing the online reviews and photos of this property. It’s nowhere close to a 4 star property, completely false advertisement on social media. I would give it the maximum of 2.5 – 3 star. Room are extremely small. Staff is very rude and unfriendly, and food is very basic, breakfast is kind of a joke when they say it’s 4 star hotel. There are hardly any amenities in the room. Bathrooms are worst no proper cleaning. Taps are broken, towels are so dirty, fans don’t work property and yet we paid a lot of money. We made a wrong decision by staying in this hotel. Stay away, there are lots of other good options in Srinagar.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel! The rooms were modern, spacious, and immaculately clean. The staff were friendly and provided top-notch service Especially Mr Iqbal And Aaqib Hamid they are very polite and we enjoyed these holidays Happily there. The hotel's location is unbeatable, situated in the heart of the city, within walking distance to major attractions, restaurants, and shopping districts. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient stay. Overall, a fantastic experience that exceeded my expectations! Best hotel in srinagar regenta located at heart of the city only 1 km away from famous Dal lake the hotel is equipped with all modern amenities. Rooms were clean and special thanks to Ms munisa for good welcome and escort us to the room . Food was awesome restaurant team members were very polite and helpful . Good stay will definitely recommend this hotel . Location wise best .

I had a wonderful three-night stay at Regenta Central Srinagar! The hospitality was top-notch, and the breakfast and dinner buffets, though compact, were delightful and satisfying. A special mention to the housekeeping manager, Mr. Umar, whose kindness truly stood out. He brought me medicine when I needed it and even accompanied me on a late-night walk along the Jhelum River to make sure I felt safe. Such exceptional care and attention made my stay truly memorable.
