The grand Jehlum

I had an amazing experience staying at The Grand Jehlum. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful from the moment I arrived. The rooms were spotless, well-furnished, and had a warm, welcoming vibe. The view from my window was absolutely stunning, and the location is perfect — close to everything yet peaceful.||||Their in-house restaurant served delicious food, especially the local cuisine. Room service was quick and efficient too. Overall, it was a very comfortable and relaxing stay. I would highly recommend The Grand Jehlum to anyone visiting the area!

I recently stayed at Hotel Grand Jehlum, and it was an amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcome and ensured everything went smoothly. My room was spacious, clean, and had all the modern amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super comfy, and I had a great night’s sleep. The food was fantastic – they had a wide variety of delicious dishes, both local and international. The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to explore the city. Had the worst experience of my life here.We were 2 girls staying at this place, has such a terrible unsafe experience. The staff including the owners kept staring at us and talking about us despite pointing it out they continued doing it. The hotel is under renovation and everything was a mess. Nobody helped us with the luggage. Its a horrible place to stay.. be aware with such fraudsters and dont ever book this.

The hotel was so dirty and smelly. The staff and management are untrained and are very rude. They geyser was not functioning and in the cold weather of srinagar you need hot water. The bedsheets and the blankets were stinking and had hair from probably the previous customers using it. We had ordered food also from this place which we shouldnt have. The food was stale and smelly

Beware!!! Please do not book this hotel! Beware!!! This is the worst, worst mind you worst experience that you will ever face. They had made us check in through an online hotel booking portal and next day locked the main door started physically and verbally abusing us and threatened to not let out. They started confiscating our bags out throwing it all and pushing us. Attaching the faces of these people. Later after all the drama when the received a call from that online portal just said sorry you can go now. He is btw the owner of this hotel!!!

We traveled to the grand Jehlum in a group of couples and singles. The rooms are great for the price and the bed is comfortable, plus the food is delicious and the 2 men in the kitchen are very friendly and accommodating. A big drawback, however, is that the rest of the staff were not very friendly and I didn't feel comfortable as a German woman because they stared at me and talked about me in front of me and although I addressed this, they continued to do so. It was a real shame that made my stay a bit unpleasant for me and my boyfriend.

The rooms are very good and the staff is also fine, you can park your vehicle inside its safe and if you need a taxi they'll arrange on a daily basis overall a very good experience there....

Extremely bad experience with our stay here in the hotel. The management and staff were unbothered. The room was smelling of cigarettes and none of the geysers were working. This is also a very unsafe place to stay fir women, pls avoid
